Oh hey, it’s me again 😄
My name is Lauren Domagas. I’m a Fil-Am writer who is passionate about diversity, particularly Asian representation, in all forms of media. I incorporate my Filipino American upbringing into my writing and use it as a means to rediscover my heritage.
My short story “Notes on Windsor Drive” was published in The Storyteller Magazine in March 2014. Since then, I’ve been working on a novel and several short stories on the side.
In 2019, I graduated from the American University of Paris with a BA in creative writing. While I was in Paris, I also explored other forms of storytelling such as film, video journalism, and screenwriting. Check out my two favorite videos I’ve ever made: Home and Solar Village.
When I’m not writing, I love to cook waaaayyy too much food for my loved ones, shoot photography, and explore different parts of whatever city I’m in.
